Roving Outreach

Ascend's new outreach service consists of sending out teams of 1-8 made of 2 dedicated volunteers (1 of them on site being an active certified first aider) to circulate the crowd, engaging with patrons who may be in need of support and connecting them to the right assistance, be it medical, sanctuary or a safe walk to their Uber. They wear small packs which carry educational info, naloxone kits, provisions, basic first aid and safe supplies. This offering is great for events of any capacity and can be ideal for smaller venues that want to offer Harm Reduction but don’t have the space.
